The Shimm Presents: The Aughts in Review

There is no band/artist that I revered more at the beginning of the decade that i'm sort of meh about at the end. It's not really Jack White's fault--the music didn't change much. Meg White's basic primitive drumming kind of wears on me as does the lack of a bass player. But i'd argue the White Stripes hit their artistic peak on White Blood Cells.
